Ava's first birthday Party!

First of all let me tell you this birthday party did not go as smoothly as I would have hoped. We have all had the stomach flu the last week, poor little Ava had been throwing up for four days, and was not in the mood for socializing. We has already postponed the party once, and I just decided to have a very low key one. No decorations or anything,just family, homemade cake and pizza. Here is Ava before anyone arrived....looking a little glum.

I think we finally got a few smiles once Ava started opening her toys!

Yea, Elmo's Kitchen!! (we played with this toy inside sam's club for over a half hour, they both had a crying fit when we had to leave it.

Need a little mommy time

This toy had a mirror on it, and she thought she was in heaven.

I catch her smiling at herself all the time now!!
