The Lord Works

Ha, So since my last post (what an hour ago) God has worked in my heart....I am an obsessive cleaner when I am stressed...man u should see my basement right now, you could white glove test it (thank goodness my daughter can sleep through the vacuum.) All the sudden this song popped in my head....It repeats my very words, as If they were written for me. The Lord works, and I am so glad in him I have hope! God I will praise you in this storm! Just carry us through it.

I was sure by now / That You would have reached down / And wiped our tears away / stepped in and saved the day / but once again, I say "Amen," and its still raining As the thunder rolls / I barely hear you whisper through the rain / "I'm with you" / And as Your mercy falls / I raise my hands and praise the God that gives / And takes away

I'll Praise you in this storm / And I will lift my hands / For You are who You are / No matter where I am / Every tear I've cried / You hold in your hand / You never left my side / And though my heart is torn / I will Praise You in this storm

I remember when / I stumbled in the wind / You herd my cry / You raised me up again / My strength is almost gone / How can i carry on / If I can't Find youAs the thunder rolls / I barely hear you whisper through the rain / "I'm with you" / And as Your mercy falls / I raise my hands and praise the God that gives / And takes away

I'll Praise you in this storm / And I will lift my hands / For You are who You are / No matter where I am / Every tear I've cried / You hold in your hand / You never left my side / And though my heart is torn / I will Praise You in this storm

I lift my eyes into the hills / Where does my help come from? / My help comes from the Lord / The maker of Heaven and EarthI lift my eyes into the hills / Where does my help come from? / My help comes from the Lord / The maker of Heaven and EarthI'll Praise you in this storm /

And I will lift my hands / For You are who You are / No matter where I am / Every tear I've cried / You hold in your hand / You never left my side / And though my heart is torn / I will Praise You in this stormAnd though my heart is torn / I will Praise You in this storm

Oh Crystal, you have a true mommy's heart! It's ok to have all of those feelings: anger, jealousy, frustration, bewilderment, incredible love, and surrender. You are an inspiration to me, and I know to many others too. I have always been so impressed with the love that you and Jeff have for your beautiful children. You are both amazing parents! I have prayed for Noah from the time he was born, and I praise God for the sunshine he brings to so many hearts! I am on my knees, in prayer, for you and Jeff, for Noah and Ava. I love you!
